DC AAP “Promoting Mental Health in Immigrant Children”
DC AAP “Promoting Mental Health in Immigrant Children” brought together over 80 pediatricians, health providers, teachers, school administrators, and nurses for an evening to reflect, educate, and bring collective action. The event, made possible through AAP Friends of Children Fund, was spearheaded by DC AAP immediate past president, Lanre Falusi, and a committed committee of Drs. Dan Newman, Eduardo Fox, Jennifer Chapman, and Ms.Hollie Storie. DC AAP extends a special thank you to DC MAP for their partnership.
